About Global Weddings

Global Weddings has been in operation as its own identity since 2003. Owned and operated by Global Weddings Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 65 091 311 778) Travel Agent Licence 32346.

It is also an operating division of JKMN Williams & Associates Pty Ltd (ABN 18 059 682 736) trading as Jetset Rowville an independently owned franchise, and operating under a franchise agreement with Jetset Travelworld Pty Ltd.

It has grown from a successful history of organising numerous weddings overseas with existing clientele of Jetset Rowville since 1993. Jetset Rowville is located at Shop 32D Stud Park Shopping Centre, Stud Rd, Rowville 3178 Victoria Australia.

Narelle Williams

Narelle Williams has worked in the Travel Industry for over 25 years travelling extensively around the world. In that time she recognised a niche in the market for people to have weddings overseas, and so Global Weddings was launched into the marketplace. Starting out modestly 7 years ago with less than 10 weddings a year the business has grown to more than 150 weddings this year and still counting.

Narelle’s commitment and passion to her Brides and their wedding is irrefutable. Her aim is to relieve all the pressure of organising a wedding, her knowledge on destinations, venues and even the smallest details involved in your wedding are second to none. She takes care of every aspect of your day.

Narelle continually travels to assess new resorts and establish and keep relationships with our preferred resorts, an invaluable factor when you consider you are dealing with other cultures/languages overseas.

Global Weddings only offers a small amount of Beautiful Resorts which have proven reliability and most importantly quality with value for money. We offer honest and unbiased advice on everything from the wedding venue, Photographer, Catering, shopping, Tours great places to eat etc.

Michelle Southcott

Michelle is one of the Directors of Global Weddings and has the wonderful job of Living in Bali for 8 months of the year from March to October, our main Bali wedding season.

Michelle has been likened to a magic fairy who waves her magic dust and makes the wedding day perfect.

She will meet and greet the brides and grooms at their resort, and escort them to the consulate to complete their paperwork for their certificate of no impediment to marry in Indonesia.

Michelle also works on site at the all of our weddings making sure your special day runs smoothly.

So on your wedding day a swim in the morning after breakfast followed by a massage and Michelle will come and get you when its time to get ready, you dont have to worry about a thing.

Michelle has a great knowledge of Bali, her passion and excitement for our Brides and Grooms special day really makes it one to remember forever.

Amanda Poutet

Amanda runs our Travel area and specialises in the most competative Travel packages and deals for the Bride and Groom and all of the Wedding Guests.

Being part of the Jetset Travel group enables Global Weddings access to the Jetset Networks massive buying power to ensure the most competative prices for your trip.

Amanda will also create with you - Your own personalised Web Page, which helps take away the pressure from the Bride`s and Groom`s by having all of the Wedding information, dates and travel packages in the one spot. The web page houses information on packages for accommodation and airfares as well as special events for the duration of the Wedding.

Amanda’s organisation skills are exceptional, her main priority being to provide great service and a great price for your guests. And even better Global Weddings has a 24 hour emergency contact number just in case any of our clients need help when travel plans go astray. And sometimes they do !

Amanda has been in the travel industry for over 6 years and has travelled to the Cook Islands, Thailand, Fiji, Bali and throughout the world with a recent trip to Africa. She is a very enthusiastic staff and team member.

Molly Stagg

Molly is the newest member to our team, Her main Role is to assist Narelle with the finer details of your day and can also help you plan the most perfect Resort Wedding.

Molly has a passion for all of the little things for your wedding and will assist you with options and ideas for your flowers, cakes, reception table centerpieces and anything else you may need.

She is also responsible for keeping you on your toes and reminding you of when your paperwork and payments are due.

Belinda Clinton

As a “Destination Bride” herself in 2011, Belinda knows what to expect when planning your perfect destination wedding.

Belinda joins the Global Weddings team as a Wedding Consultant for our brides and grooms in Western Australia and comes with a history working in event management roles and knowledge of what it takes to plan and deliver on the perfect wedding.

Belinda will work with you make the wonderful journey of planning your big day a joyful and exciting experience. She will relieve pressure of organising a wedding, her knowledge on destinations, venues and even the smallest details involved in your wedding are second to none. She like Narelle will take care of every aspect of your day.
