White Wedding
at The Legian
THE
WEDDING CONCEPT AND CEREMONY
One of the most
popular Global Weddings venues. The unique picturesque
setting of The Legian instills a sense of harmony and nature poised with
luxurious facilities. Let this balance be the starting point of your

your joyous union is the perfect and truly memorable event it should be.
The Wedding
Concept is known as “White Wedding Elegance”. White flowers of
frangipani, white antherieum, tuberoses and Jasmine will be part of the
decoration.
The ceremony
takes place at 2 locations:
-
Starting at “The Steps of Heaven”, stairway
of the hotel that is designed after the steps of Borobudur Temple in
Yogyakarta, Central Java.

Then, proceeded to the Indian Ocean on the
west wing of the hotel’s garden.
The altar will be set
up with sandalwood incense, white antherium and tuberose arrangements
along with White Balinese Ceremonial Flags. The Minister of Religion,
Groom and Wedding Party will be present at this altar. Accompanying the
ceremony, a three pieces Balinese Gamelan Orchestra will be serenading
the event, where the sound of the waves of Indian Ocean will enhance the
ceremony.
Bridal Procession

Three gong strikes will announce
the Bridal Procession. The eight Balinese Flower Girls (age between
5-7 years old) dressed in traditional Balinese costumes will lead
the procession to the ceremonial altar. The Bride then enters the
wedding ground, passing through the flower girls down the aisle.

Traditionally, the flowers girls will line the Bridal path to the
altar, sprinkling flowers at the bride’s feet as she passes.

wedding set up is available only if the white wedding ceremony is
combined with either a cocktail or dinner reception. Maximum 20 guests
with additional guests from AUD$25.00 per person for additional Balinese
fans, Chairs and Welcome Drinks

Minimum costs on Food and Beverage up to 20 guests is $1000.00 with 20
guests and over $1500.00.
Ceremony only available with no food or beverage for 20 guests AUD
$3500.00 extra guests is $25.00 per head.
